深耕厚植 笃行不倦

            2023年，人力资源部在之前工作的基础上深耕厚植，笃行不倦。优化了招聘体系，增设基础岗位的筛选标准，调整简历推荐流程，扩大招聘渠道，维持有效的招聘转化率；迭代了培训体系，确认部门各工作模块的培训内容，复盘课程培训和开发的结果，提出改进落地计划；夯实了绩效管理体系，以月度/年度考核、人才盘点、评优、晋升四项机制为抓手，持续评估员工的核心能力；搭建了文化体系，输出漫画版麒祥价值观，改版发行了《企业文化手册》，并通过一系列活动加强员工的对文化的理解；打造了战略规划体系，提出了以提升组织能力为工作目标的出发点和落脚点，制定了3年工作规划，为麒祥未来的发展奠定人力资源基础。

丰富职工活动  注重员工关怀

山东麒祥项目建设

            2023年8月，山东省高质量发展重大项目建设现场推进会沂水分会在我司举行奠基仪式。在各级领导大力支持下，在项目总指挥统一调度下，各部门分工协作，项目建设取得重大进展。截至目前，项目立项、土地、环评、安评、能评、规划等行政审批事项均已办理完毕；环保橡胶油项目主体建成，计划2024年5月投产；2024年1月中旬公用工程8个单体图审完成并开始施工建设。

五彩党建引领 助推企业发展

            2023年麒祥党支部坚持以新思想为指导，深入学习宣传贯彻党的二十大精神，以习近平关于党的建设重要论述为指引，以扎实开展主题教育为工作主线，先后开展了巩固树立“四个意识”：安全意识、质量意识、成本意识、客户意识；守正创新，学习翔宇先锋以正确的价值观做自己岗位上的创新工作等多次主题教育活动，并在6月组织全体党员参观沙家浜红色教育基地，学习革命精神，激发爱国情怀。麒祥党支部始终坚持党的领导，坚持从严治党，围绕高质量党建引领保障高质量发展工作为目标，切实把党建工作抓出成效，为麒祥新材料发展提供坚强政治保证和组织保证。
