Bis-[3-(triethoxysilyl)--propyl]-tetrasulfide / (TESPT)

It’s a kind of multifunctional silane coupling agent that has been used successfully in the rubber industry.

Key features:

1. Tetrasulfide silane si69 is a kind of polysulfide silane mixture, the average sulfur chain length is 3.75

2. It is suitable to be used as additive in polymers such as NR, IR, SBR, BR, NBR, and EPDM.

3. Si69 can be used in the vulcanized rubber system with fillers such as silica and clay as reinforcing agent. 

4. Improved the reinforcing properties of fillers and rubber abrasive resistance.

5. Reduced  tire rolling resistance and heat build-up.

Dosage:

8%-10% of silica content is suggested; the specific dosage depending on the requirements of products.

Packaging:

25Kg plastic container, 200kg drum.

Storage:

1 year from date of production, keep cool (approximately 25℃) and dry in closed original packaging.
